หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Manage the delivery of services related to the implementation & sustenance of ERP and local applications under responsible business areas (for some of following areas: Sales, Marketing, Customer Services, Warehouse/Distribution, Finance & Control, etc.) 2. Responsible to analysis and design according to requirement 3. Get requirement from user 4. Able to transform business requirement to technical solution 5. Control application development to SDLC and project responsibility 6. Provide guidance and consultation to user 7. Create Document to support project Functional specification, High Level Design specification, Detail Design specification, Operation work flow and User Manual) 8. Assist in managing an outsource relationship for 3rd party application development and programming consultants 9. Confirm application after development as per specification

• • Excellent oral and written communication • Analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to details • Experienced in software engineering and design architecture • Strong in user requirements gathering, analysis and application design by creating specification documents • Effective interpersonal and collaborative skills Technically creative and open-minded • Able to handle multiple tasks at once and works well under pressure
