Logistics Analyst

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Major Responsibilities: - Work within Logistics and Distribution processes using appropriate tools to collect and analyze data, processes and activities to assess process efficiency and logistics costs - Work as a team member to conduct cost performance monitoring, inventory planning analysis, transportation performance analysis, cause of under performance analysis, etc. and find solutions for improvement - Use statistical analyzing skills and appropriate tools to develop logical solutions in order to meet the agreed Internal Customers’ requirements and improve productivity of the DC - Partner with supervisor to generate appropriate logistics plans and provide reports and metrics/indicators on a regular basis to ensure solution effectiveness - Involve in developing and test running of Warehouse Management System and/or other related systems to support Logistics and Inventory Control - Participate in process improvement teams and cost saving initiatives - Meet BU deadlines and provide required metrics - Interact with other BU Representatives by phone, email or in person to get information or requirements and provide reports or feedback - Provide quick responses to resolve situations, communicate status of problems and work with the parties concerned until fixed with the methodology approved from manager/director - Be responsible for daily job, projects and specific tasks as assigned by supervisor

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Male/Female, age 23-30 yrs. with mature personality - BA or higher degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Logistics Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration or related field - Possess 1 - 5 years direct working experience, some years in logistics or retail business environment is an advantage - Good understanding in warehousing, transportation, supply chain and logistics concepts are required - Knowledge of project feasibility analysis or business analysis would be a plus - Ability to manage complex planning and reporting process - Consistently demonstrate proven ability to learn and use necessary tools for logistics analysis and planning - Strong computer literacy especially MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Advance Excel - Good command of written and spoken English - Good human relations with strong written and oral communication skills
