Recruitment Officer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Responsible for coordinating recruitment, selection of employees, preliminary interviews as assigned by request from various agencies.
• - Propose methods, approaches, tools for recruiting, selecting, or new recruiting sources.
• - Company public relations for the general public to know about the job announcement by using various channels.
• - Support and advise on the recruiting process and the process of hiring employees to the branch manager.
• - Jointly responsible for supporting relevant activities for Bilateral Students (DVT).
• - Participate in meetings to participate in solving problems (e.g. personnel work processes, requirements, regulations, operations related to government agencies, etc.) for the purpose of developing recommendations and/or supporting employees.
• - Coordinate with HR Corporate in working process to be consistent when laws or regulations change from government agencies.
• - Follow the orders in addition to routine tasks from supervisors.

• - Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management (HR) or other related faculty.
• - Understanding of business organization structure.
