Repair & Maintenance Manager (ผู้จัดการฝ่ายซ่อมบำรุง)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

•  To ensure the company facilities are well-cared for and adequate to support the company’s business operations.  Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation  Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues  Check electrical and plumping systems of facilities to ensure proper functionality  Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities  Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff and maintenance team  Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary  Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance  Manage relationships with contractors and service providers  Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities  Ensure health and safety policies are complied with  Establish preventative maintenance schedules.  Track data using the computerized maintenance management system.  Prepare activity reports and work order reports.  Recommend the purchase of goods and equipment.  Provide reports to government agencies, departments and other organizations as required and ensure records are maintained.  Other duties as assigned by the superior.
