• For EGGDROP Thailand and Machi Machi Thailand Job Descriptions: Plan and develop marketing communication/content strategy Establish and consistently maintains brand voice to be current. Ensure messages and communications are consistent, strong and distinctive to all brands. Conceptualize all brands seasonal campaigns, creating and planning online content on Facebook/Instagram/TikTok. Initiate strong art direction & creative idea to make the campaign more impact and unique for brands. Generating copywriting for all contents. Working closely with art director to coordinate and oversee the overall content Coordinate with third parties i.e. media agency, stylist, photographer, event organizer, PR agency to accomplish photoshoot campaigns and marketing activities as planned Select and collaborate with celebrities/KOLs to endorse and influence brands Creating communication tools for marketing campaigns and promotions. Identity new market opportunities with key customer target groups and all media outlets and execute projects that support new launching product line To explore new innovative idea & strategic direction to enrich and grow overall brand equity & marketing campaign. To develop marketing campaign with the highest potential in term of business result & creative output through clear communication approach. To generate customer brand engagement & total brand experience at all touch points for both communication & retail aspects. To develop plan & budget control of marketing campaign to reach efficient awareness. **Salary: Negotiable (depending on experiences)

• Requirements At least 1-2 years of experience in Marketing Communications or PR Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channels function Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices Excellent analytical and project management skills Love for food and beverages Love new challenges Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to get hands dirty Team player and excellent communication skill.
