หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Develop Thai market for freight forwarding business.
• Build business relationships with current and potential clients.
• Maintain close working relationships with the Customer Service, Operations and Logistics team.
• Focus on winning and keeping profitable business.
• Generate specific reports as required in alignment with the position, such as sales weekly report, monthly analysis report and so on.
• Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities; develop customized targeted sales strategies.
• Develop a new business prospect listing to ensure that future new business development is planned.
• Initiate new business plan, cost projections for new business and monitor the implementation of the plan.
• Other tasks assigned by the leader.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Over 5 Years of Experience in logistics industry.
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English(Toeic500+) or Chinese. (HSK 5-6)
• Leadership and organizational skills, managerial experience is must.
• Familiarity with business and operation's principles and practices, ability to generate new business plan and strategy in align with company’s objective.
• Strong problem-solving and target-driven skills.
• Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization.
• Stable, no more than 2 job-hopping in the last 5 years, and the working years of each job in the last 5 years shall not be less than one year.
