Marketing Manager (CRM and S&M)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer engagement and retention.
• Manage customer databases, ensuring data accuracy and segmentation for targeted campaigns. - Design and execute personalized marketing campaigns based on customer behavior and preferences.
• Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improving customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to integrate CRM activities with broader marketing initiatives.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of CRM campaigns, providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain customer relationships, Improve to Top of mind brand and Brand Loyalty.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in CRM management, preferably in the restaurant or food industry.
• Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis or able to use Power BI.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to work under pressure with strong energy and a positive mindset.
• Self-motivated with a continuous learning attitude.
