หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Content Strategy & Influencer (KOL) Management
• Develop and execute a content calendar across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TripAdvisor, Lemon8, Redbook, Dianping).
• Identify the right KOLs, bloggers, and influencers to align with specific customer groups (Gen Z, families, tourists, etc.).
• Digital Advertising & Platform Optimization
• Manage ads and sponsored posts on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TripAdvisor, Lemon8, Redbook, and Dianping.
• Monitor and optimize delivery channels to ensure a GP > 20% target is achieved.
• Sales Target & Performance Reporting
• Develop strategies to align ads and promotions with sales targets, ensuring new product launches are well-promoted.
• Ensure new shop launches meet visibility and sales targets by lifting eyeballs and engagement within the first two months through strategic ad placements and content.
• Performance Reporting & Insights

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with expertise in influencer management, content strategy, and performance marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (FB, IG, Lemon8, Redbook, Dianping) and delivery platforms.
• Proven experience in budget management and ROI reporting.
• Ability to negotiate with influencers and build long-term partnerships.
• Analytical mindset with experience in CACC optimization and performance tracking tools.
• Excellent project management skills to coordinate campaigns for new shop launches and market expansions.
