Quality Assurance(QA) / Quality Control(QC) /QMR

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Summary of basic function: Plan and manage the operation relative to quality assurance / control to conform to the company quality policy to meet the company and business objectives. Develop and implement policies, strategic plans, and tactical changes on quality assurance / quality systems, quality control and applicable industrial sector standards required by the company and customer expectations. Design robust reporting methods / systems for quality assurance and control. Work mainly at the strategic level, but not limited to data or statistics analyzing. Improve and develop relevant quality standards / quality systems and all activities related to the quality management objective by maximizing the effeciency and performance of the production and agricultural extension teams, helping them learn and develop new skills, and assisting them with weaknesses or areas of development.
• Perform as QMR - Quality Management Representative.
• Ensure that Quality Control is responsible his/her perform as identified in the job description. Evaluate Quality Control regarding job responsibilities and implement as require by quality standard.
• Reports directly to the management regarding matters related to the quality management system performance for review and as basis for action and improvement. Ensure that the QMS is established, implement and maintained and continually improve its effectiveness in accordance with the standards systems and certification required by the company and customers. Ensure that process needed for the QMS are justified, clearly communicted, and applied throughout the company.
• Ensure that optimum sequence of requirements and interaction of processes are correctly implemented. Ensure that criteria and methods are clearly defined to ensure both operation and control processes are effectively performed.
• Responsible for monitoring and coordinating all the audits for the company production: GHP/HACCP, BRC, HALAL, Organic, etc sucessfully annually i.e. without major NCs and is responsible in fixing all the NCs within the time frame. Responsible for training staff regularly or as needed on all the company quality standards.
• Make sure all the company's license relating to company's operation are renewed in time every year. Ensure that all documents needed for the QMS are developed and adequately defined prior to issue and use. Facilitates the identification of necessary resources and information that will support the implementation and monitoring of the QMS.
• Ensure the promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the company. Guide the organization on the proper application of the QMS and ensure uniformity of understanding and consistency of application.
• Liaison with external parties on quality system matters and during audits.
• Ensure that all non-conformities are properly rectified and prevented from recurring. Initiate steps toward continuous quality improvement in the total business process chain. Meet the management and relevant departments to decide what should be done about quality failing and to suggest how quality can be improved. Meet the management and relevant department to ensure that quality objectives are established at all relevant functions and levels within the company.
• Ensure that adequate planning is carried out in order to maintain and improve the effectiveness of QMS and attainment of quality objective.
• Continuously review and assess overall business fulfillment products, quality, reliability performance, and services to identify opportunities for improvement in a long-term and shortterm goal setting.
• Verify the effectiveness of internal communication and ensure that appropriate communication takes place regarding the application and effectiveness of the QMS.
• Resolve conflicts and irregularities regarding the application of the QMS in compliance with the standard applied for company.
• Acquire necessary information on matters that will affect the QMS and execute necessary controls or directives to ensure that the integrity of the QMS will be maintained when changes are being planned and implemented.
• Calling for meetings for information updates and collate suggestions or recommendations to solve problems and improvement in the QMS.
• Design & develop[ new quality standards and work instruction for any new products to ensure the best production practices and quality control.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• Having experience in quality control, quality assurance is preferred.
• Having training recording in quality and safety systems such as GHP, HACCP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 etc. are preferred
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs
• Be meticulous, proactive, and take responsibility for assigned tasks well.
• Having good analytical, proactive and problem-solving skills.
• Having good communication and coordination skills with relevant agencies.
