Work with directors to manage the strongroom effectively.
Supervise activities of employees and stakeholders for box rentals and maintenance.
Manage vault door combination lock, set controls, and improve procedures.
Monitor competitor prices, recommend rental fees, and coordinate with security providers.
Prepare monthly reports, develop business plans, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Handle operational and security issues, support ad hoc tasks, and train new employees.

Bachelor's degree or higher in private banking, retail, hospitality, or service field with at least 5 years of experience in related fields.
Adaptability to a fast-paced environment with strong organizational and multitasking abilities as well as weekend availability for shifts.
Proactive, service-minded, business-oriented, and innovative, strong interpersonal skills with a team player mindset.
Pleasant personality and excellent service attitude and proficient in working under pressure with exceptional management skills.
Ability to build client relationships and understand their needs for service improvement.
Excellent command of English and Thai (Chinese or Japanese language skills are a plus).
