Develop and manage the planning system and control to ensure that production in the factory complies with the set standards.
Responsible for planning production and coordinating with relevant departments to be able to produce products accurately and meet customer demands while considering efficiency and production costs.
Improve processes and establish work standards.
Analyze problems and solution strategies in the production process.
Control and develop production strategies for subordinates and manage personnel within the factory efficiently.
Coordinate with various departments to work in the same direction and according to the plans and policies set.
Develop and improve the production process, production methods, and machinery used in production with new technologies to increase production efficiency and reduce production losses.
