Lead the development team in planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Research and analyze insight by identifying needs and new technologies.

Analysis of product portfolio, suggest new product development/improvement, and discontinued products.

Act as a bridge between the customer and the technical team to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Manage a team to identify new products and set up and drive product roadmap.

Coach and support the development of team members.

Overseeing the product development team in any field.

Work closely with the management team to establish the project or product’s business value and support messaging, communication, and customer outreach.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or Higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience: 7-10 Years experience in management, software development management, and team leadership within a software development environment.

Technical Skills: Proficient in using at least two languages Java and .Net, and other relevant languages.

Technical Skills: Proficient in using PostgreSQL or Oracle Database.

Technical Skills: Proficient in SDLC Model Process.

Project Management: Skilled in using project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).

Leadership: Excellent leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Enjoy learning new technologies.
