• execute marketing activities on sms/Line/push notification including copywriting, campaign set up, and reporting Adopt a Test & Learn approach to campaign development, carry out regular A/B and multi-variant testing. Collaborate across team in gathering fact and insights to optimise campaign performance troubleshoot abnormalities that inhibit the efficiency/effectiveness of operations Requirement Strong writing skills in both Thai and English Attention to detail to manage mass communication and CRM data Ability to work in fast paced environment, flexible, and quick problem solving Excellence in driving CRM campaigns with proven record of improving CTR, delivery rate, opened rate, and conversion Experience in Messagebird/Clevertap/Line Platform is a plus.
