Sales Admissions Officer

• What we need: SBS is seeking a dynamic, experienced person to join our Admissions team who is able to communicate in Thai Language, English Language and Mandarin. Successful applicants will be suitably qualified and experienced, as well as being fully committed to supporting the department, partner and school. Responsibilities: Customer Service - Provide an exceptional applicant experience from the first point of enquiry to enrolment - Be a positive and proactive member of a customer-focused team with a willingness to undertake additional duties during busy periods Sale - Identify prospective and lead generation and conversion. - Create a sales-focused organization and target forecasting. Admissions Processing - Assist in delivering all aspects of the admissions process of new students and Exam Center - Be responsible for reviewing applications, making decisions, offering places, dealing with applicant replies and processing confirmation decisions - Assess applicant information and accompanying documentation against set criteria and using a range of resources to aid decision-making. - Using the school system (Renweb), record decisions and other data with a high level of accuracy, ensuring data integrity at all times - Work with a high level efficiency, meeting agreed turnaround times and performance targets - Deal with sensitive, private and confidential information in a professional manner adhering to relevant legislation including Data Protection - Deal with related organisations in marketing - Be comfortable in making phone calls to new clients, deliver essential information and follow up documents with soft skills General - Respond to enquiries from prospects, applicants, parents, teachers and advisors, providing informed guidance and advice, via multiple communication channels - Undertake admissions projects as required, both independently and as part of a team - Participate in marketing and student recruitment events, e.g. Open Days and Applicant Visit Days which will require some weekend work - Support the communications task - Any other duties required by the Head of - Admissions/Line Manager - Influence in both Thai and English, be able to understand and speak the basics Chinese language

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Start date : February 2024 - Thai Nationality is preferred - Bachelor's Degree in Arts, English major, Bilingual Course Chinese-English or related fields - Fluent English and strong sales skill, Chinese skill a plus. - At least 2 years of proven experience in customer service or sales - Experience working in school will be highly considered - Working hour: Mon - Fri, 8.30 - 16.30 hrs. and once to twice Saturday per month (half day morning) - A English CV/resume with a recent photo, two references.
