Supply Planning Coordinator (6-Month Contract)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly Supply Planning reports.
• Extract, consolidate, and validate data from SAP, Excel, and other systems.
• Monitor data accuracy and highlight inconsistencies or missing information.
• Maintain planning trackers, action logs, and reporting templates.
• Support planning meetings by preparing required data and materials.
• Assist with inventory, material availability, forecast, master data, and product phase-in/phase-out tracking activities.
• Follow up on open actions and update progress status regularly.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to collect information and ensure deadlines are met.
• Escalate issues, delays, or data concerns to the Supply Planner when necessary.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Good written English communication skills.
• Good Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, PivotTables, lookups, filtering, and data handling.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Well-organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple deadlines and follow-up actions.
• Experience in supply chain, planning, reporting, SAP/ERP, or related areas is an advantage.
