หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Graphic Design & Creative Production Design high-quality artworks for digital marketing campaigns, social media, branding, and offline materials Create key visuals, campaign assets, promotional materials, and event visuals Adapt creatives into multiple formats and sizes for various platforms
• 2. Video Editing & Motion Content Edit short-form and long-form videos for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and branding campaigns Create engaging reels, ads, event recap videos, interviews, and promotional content Add motion graphics, subtitles, sound effects, and transitions when required
• 3. Photo & Video Shooting Support photo and video production for campaigns, events, interviews, and social content Handle basic lighting, framing, and camera setup Occasionally travel outside for on-site shooting and content production
• 4. Creative Collaboration Work closely with Branding, Performance Marketing, KOL, and Social Media teams Support brainstorming and visual direction for campaigns and promotions Ensure all outputs align with brand identity and communication direction
• 5. Content Optimization Produce multiple creative variations for testing and performance optimization Refresh creative assets regularly to maintain strong engagement and visual quality

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 4–6+ years of experience in Graphic Design and Video Editing
• Experience working with brands or in-house marketing teams is preferred
• Strong portfolio in both graphic design and video editing
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro,)
• Ability to shoot photo and video content professionally
• Strong understanding of social media content trends and visual storytelling
• Fast, flexible, and able to work under deadlines
• Able to work independently and collaboratively with teams
• Experience in education, lifestyle, family, or consumer brands is a plus
