Ensure kitchen cleanliness and compliance with hygiene and safety regulations at all times

Monitor and control food costs and assist in inventory checks

Participate in management meetings and contribute ideas for kitchen and restaurant improvements

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Sous Chef in a professional kitchen

Strong background in Spanish, Mediterranean, or Modern European cuisine (experience with Tapas-style restaurants is a plus)

Proven ability to lead, manage, and motivate a kitchen team effectively

Solid understanding of food hygiene, kitchen safety, cost control, and inventory management

Ability to work under pressure and solve problems efficiently and calmly

Highly responsible, punctual, and committed to continuous self-improvement

Good communication skills in English (to collaborate with international team members and head chef)
