Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Finance, IT or a related field.
3-5 years and above in Telesales experience in a fast-paced environment and have team management skill
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Strategic thinker with the ability to execute plans effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Fluent in English
