Cloud Engineer Specification

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Locate customer problems.
• Assist customer to increase product reliability.
• Working closely with Cloud Engineer Manager and Customer
• Help reliability team to solve customer’s problems.
• Work closely with technical support team for troubleshooting
• Make a close follow-up with engineering team.
• Responding to incidents timely.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with Linux commands.
• Good understanding of Huawei Cloud, AWS, Azure or Google cloud
• Good understanding of DevOps (Test, Deploy, Docker, Kubernates, Build or Yaml scripting) is a plus
• Be able to use English language
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as a code (Cloud formation, Terraform) is a plus
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for learning and adapting to new technologies.
