Full Stack Developer ( Sr. Specialist / Lead )

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Add As Lead and manage a team of senior software developers and software developers.
• Drive the strategic direction of products and services, considering both emerging and legacy technologies.
• Make strategic decisions on inheriting/supporting legacy code bases and managing software support levels.
• Devise and implement tactical plans collaboratively with the team to improve products, services, processes, and knowledge sharing.
• Plan for team growth, considering the blend and level of skills required.
• Review project progress and team performance.
• Coach and performance manage team members as necessary.
• Facilitate technology and methodology decision-making, including standardization of system architecture, reusable code base development, software tool versions, best practices, source control, and deployment processes.
• Create a clear task list and plan for inducting new team members and bringing them up to speed quickly.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and Dev.
• Ability to design scalable and maintainable system architectures.Ops practices.
• Proficiency in languages such as Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, or other relevant languages.
• Experience with front-end frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.js.
• Knowledge of back-end frameworks such as Spring, .NET, Django, or Node.js.
• Experience with relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.
• Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
