Marketing Supervisor

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Direct report to Marketing Leader
• Be responsible for initiating marketing communication, branding and media strategies for both internal and external communication as well as execute the action plan in order to achieve business objectives
• Develop and implement of marketing communication, and plans for Mana Product
• To develop plan & budget control of media plan to reach efficient awareness
• Ensure all marketing assets are aligned to brand standard guidelines, delivered on time and to the highest quality
• Plan, manage and control the company's always on contents and ads, including key visual, copywriting and VDO materials in all social media platforms
• Working closely with Creative in house and media agencies for both online and offline platforms
• Responsible for development of media both In - Store, Out Of Home and Online materials as well as on ground activities
• Manages relationships with business partners, negotiates win-win partnerships media
• Track and report progress of marketing ROI and performance
• Any other ad-hoc projects or other related assignments

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Communications and Digital Marketing or related field
• Minimum 5 year experiences in Marketing, Branding and PR fields
• Have an in-depth knowledge of Retail Marketing, brand development ,multichannel and marketing models
• Responsible, self-motivated, flexible, able to coordinate with marketing activities, work fast with high quality
• Strong entrepreneurial, analytical, strategic thinking & planning, presenting, interpersonal, time-management, and creativity skills
• High level of CAN DO attitude and hunger for success
