 Develop and execute of all creative marketing campaigns/activations/PR including planning, programming and coordination, to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement.

 Develop overall marketing planning and programs for across all consumer touch points – both ALT, BTL and digital

 Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends, competitor insights, and opportunities for growth.

 Be responsible for content production including the design of marketing materials, PR and social media advertising

 Manage and oversee online marketing performance as well as planning the digital marketing budget

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.

 Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

 Oversee the development of marketing materials, including product packaging, promotional materials, and advertising campaigns.

 Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing timely reports and recommendations for optimization.

 Build and maintain relationships with media partners, influencers, and key stakeholders to amplify brand presence.

 Other ad-hoc projects as assigned.

 Bachelor's degree in Marketing, PR, Communication, or a related field.

 Minimum 5 years’ proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, with a track record of successful marketing campaigns

 Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, social media management, and marketing analytics tools.

 Familiar with influencers and KOLs for different categories of the business

 Experience working for or with event or creative, PR and/or media agency is preferable

 Critical, strategic, creative thinker with a “Think out of the Box” mentality

 Strong conceptual understanding of brand building & media market & consumer insights

 Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

 Able to multi-task and attention to detail

 Positive attitude, good team player, fast learner and flexibility

 Knowledge of planning and execution of various ATL and BTL promotions

 Strong PR network with media is preferable

 Good command of written and spoken English (Knowledge of Spoken Chinese is a plus)

 Immediately available is preferable.
