Retail Operations Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Oversee daily operations across Siam Center and ICONSIAM.
• Drive sales performance and achieve business targets.
• Lead, train, and manage retail sales teams.
• Monitor inventory and optimize product allocation.
• Maintain premium customer service and TARMAFIA brand standards.
• nalyze sales performance and report results to management.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion, Retail Management, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of retail management experience, preferably in fashion or luxury retail.
• Experience managing multiple stores is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to drive sales and achieve targets.
• Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and POS systems.
• Good command of English.
• Passionate about fashion, proactive, organized, responsible, and able to work independently.
