Sales & Marketing Officer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• To be responsible customers’ s orders, prepares order until delivery ,follow up shipment status, delivery of goods to customers on time, control stock and follow up customer payment
• Develop new customer & market opportunities in Thai Market
• Make the sales plan to cover the assignment and budget in the most effective

• Achieve sales and result oriented
• Establish and maintain effective customer relationships
• Build valuable and enduring relationships with customer and supplier
• Manage administrative procedures in sales processes, and support collection and project management activities
• To coordinate and control shipping agent about import /export the goods, transportation sample, make insurance, including document preparation to ensure the goods is arrived as scheduled
• Generate ordering and shipment control schedule. Send shipment advice; shipping document to customers and follow up tax and duty privilege
• Contact with government which is related to the work (Ex. FDA, Customs etc.)
• Submit progress reports to superior / Manager
• Other upon assignment

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Thai nationality
• Male or Female, age between 23-27 years old.
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Food Engineering , or related field
• 2-3 years’ experience as a sales representative in Food industry. Experience as a Sales Engineer is preferable
• Good product presentation,Well-handling on Multi-tasks, willing to learn, ability to learn fast
• Fluent verbal and written English communication skills
• Having Strong Computer Literacy
• Able to work in other provinces sometimes such as support customer audit etc.
