Assist customers in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of machine vision systems and AI-based vision systems.

Collaborate with customers to understand their specific requirements and develop customized solutions using rule-based and AI-driven image processing techniques.

Support the development, training, testing, and deployment of machine learning models (e.g., deep learning for object detection, classification, OCR, anomaly detection).

Integrate machine vision solutions with existing equipment, machinery, and software systems.

Identify and resolve technical issues, minimizing downtime and optimizing performance.

Manage application projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and meeting customer expectations.

Create user manuals, troubleshooting guides, and application notes.

Continuously research and evaluate emerging machine vision technologies, tools, and techniques to maintain industry knowledge and provide innovative solutions.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.

Proven experience in machine vision technology will be a plus, including camera systems, image processing, pattern recognition, and optical inspection.

Strong knowledge of machine vision software frameworks and libraries, such as OpenCV, Linux, HALCON, or Matrox Imaging Library (MIL).

Experience in programming languages such as C++, C#, .Net, or Python for machine vision application development.

Familiarity with industrial automation, robotics, and manufacturing processes is highly desirable.
