E-commerce Specialist (Export Market)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Manage and operate Amazon Seller/Vendor Central accounts and Official Website.
• Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon/official website Advertising (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display).
• Optimize product listings, A+ Content, and storefront.
• Monitor and manage reviews, ratings, and customer feedback.
• Manage inventory planning and prevent out-of-stock situations.
• Analyze keyword ranking, Buy Box performance, and competitor activities.
• Plan and execute promotions, campaigns, and bundles.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Coordinate order fulfillment, payment systems, and logistics.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in E-commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in E-commerce.
• Strong understanding of Platform algorithms, ads, and listing optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Good communication and coordination skill.
• Performance advertising, and data analytics, Continuous learning on new e-commerce platforms, tools, and technologies.
• Good physical and mental health, Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good command in English.
