หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Source potential candidates using various channels such as online job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
• Build a pipeline of qualified candidates by proactively identifying and engaging with talent.
• Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, performance, and cultural fit for the organization.
• Communicate feedback from initial interviews to hiring managers and assist in making recommendations for next steps.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate assessments in collaboration with hiring managers and interview panels.
• Manage candidate communication and follow-up throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain an organized and up-to-date applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring accurate records of candidate information, interactions, and recruitment progress.
• Track candidate statuses and ensure compliance with recruitment policies and data protection regulations.
• Generate weekly and monthly reports on recruitment metrics, such as candidate pipeline, time-to-hire, and quality of hire.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR-related functions.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is preferred.
• Well verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media platforms, and networking strategies.
• Understanding of labor laws and data protection regulations related to recruitment.
• Hybrid Working at Phayathai Plaza (Bts Phayathai) Monday to Friday 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
