• Receive, confirm, and sort out the input data of new projects, and master the standards and requirements of customer product development. Start the project approval meeting, prepare the APQP project development plan, and follow up the progress of the projects in charge. Procurement application and progress confirmation for new equipment, fixtures, molds, knives, inspection tools, auxiliary tools and other hardware. Confirmation of hardware, process & procedures, and software of equipment in the trial production stage. Prepare the sample trial production plan, communicate with the production management and production departments to ensure the smooth progress of the new product trial production plan. Responsible for the preparation of project documents within the scope according to the new product development process system of the department. Record, summarize and report the abnormalities in the project development, form an improvement promotion table and follow up the improvement progress. Communicate, communicate and progress report with customers at each stage of the project, and obtain relevant support from customers. Carry out sample delivery and sample delivery data submission according to the APQP progress plan. Prepare the PPAP test plan and coordinate its implementation. Organize the project team to submit and review PPAP materials. Presided over and reported the specific progress of each stage of the project to the department leaders and business departments.
