Senior Accountant AR

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Daily reconciliation between bank statements and collection reports.
• Issue sales invoices, tax invoices, and withholding tax certificates.
• Record new assets and update the Fixed Assets Register.
• Perform and follow up improvement activities.
• Send the withholding tax certificate to the marketplace platform.
• Prepare the foreign payment and liaison with the bank.
• Prepare the monthly sales report and submit it to the parent company.
• Prepare the monthly stock report.
• Responsible for the month-end closing.
• Assist in the NetSuite implementation.
• Communicate and liaise with the outsource accounting company.
• Assist with other ad-hoc duties.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• 3-5 years of experience in Thai Accounting Standards, Accounting regulations, taxation, and VAT regulations.
• Have a good knowledge of MS Office tools.
• Big 4 is preferable.
• Ability to multi-task, be willing, and able to handle numerous tasks simultaneously is an important attribute.
• Self-starter and able to work with minimum supervision.
• Good interpersonal skills & a team player.
• Can do mindset and able to do hard work.
• Can speak English.
