System Engineer

• Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled System Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, maintaining systems and infrastructure for our customers. You will work with team who related in the projects to ensure that customers systems are running smoothly and efficiently. This is a hands-on position that requires excellent problem-solving and communication skills, as well as a strong desire to learn and grow in the field. Responsibilities: - Participate in projects to design and improve systems and infrastructure - Configure and maintain servers, switches, and other equipment - Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise - Assist with the deployment and maintenance of software applications - Collaborate with team who related in the projects to plan and execute projects - Provide training to customers on how to use the systems - Document processes and procedures for acceptance and future reference - Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with new technologies and best practices in the field Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field - 1-3 years of experience as a System Engineer or similar role (entry-level candidates with relevant coursework and internships will also be considered) - Strong understanding of computer systems and networks - Experience with server and networking technologies such as Linux, Windows, and Cisco - Familiarity with software deployment and maintenance processes - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills - Strong desire to learn and grow in the field Preferred Qualifications: - Certifications such as NCA, VCP, MCSA or Linux+ - Experience with virtualization and Hyperconvergence platforms such as VMware, Hyper-V or Nutanix - Experience with enterprise storage such as Pure Storage, DellEMC, Lenovo, Hitachi, HPE, NetApp or Huawei
