IT Specialist

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Lead and manage IT projects aligned with the company's Enterprise Architecture implementation roadmap.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Ensure successful execution of IT projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders, including management and external partners.
• Identify potential risks and proactively implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Evaluate and recommend IT solutions to enhance efficiency and support business goals.
• Provide day-to-day IT support and services to users.
• Assist in setting up IT management systems and ensure successful implementation and adherence to IT practices.
• Offer technical expertise and support to resolve IT-related challenges.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineer, IT or related.
• Experience and proven track record in IT project management is a must.
• Some knowledge and background in infrastructure, IT services, applications, security, and digitalization would be highly advantageous. Service-minded.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Understanding of business processes and proven ability to align IT to business.
• Planning and time management skills.
