Procurement Development Associate

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Vendor Sourcing & Partnership: Source, select, and onboard new trucking vendors. Negotiate contracts, credit terms, and freight rates to secure the best cost and service quality.
• Cost Optimization & Analytics: Analyze transportation cost data to identify savings opportunities, drive procurement efficiency, and deliver on cost-reduction commitments.
• Performance & KPI Management: Establish and manage vendor service standards using KPIs. Develop and maintain SOPs to ensure alignment with best practices and internal/external policies.
• Tech-Driven Operations: Monitor, manage, and optimize end-to-end logistics operations utilizing our internal Data Systems and TMS (Transportation Management System).
• On-site Quality Control: Conduct on-site visits to trucker facilities for quality qualification, truck inspections, and collaborative problem-solving.
• Cross-Functional Projects: Partner with various internal teams on key projects to deliver agile and quality procurement solutions.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent. - Required Skill(s): Logistics, Supply Chain, Monitoring, Telemarketing, Keen on details, ability to think quickly, logically, and analytically. - Preferably 2-4 years of experience specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent - Willing to work onsite upon advice by the immediate head - Good communication skills and responsible for work is a must - Amenable to work on Saturdays.
