Sales support coordinator

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsible for daily sales order operation, order checking, payment fulfillment, and customer delivery; Follow up the order fulfillment of contract customers, and follow up the order;
• Responsible for reasonable arrangement of import plan according to market conditions and inventory; Make delivery plan according to the order and inventory. Understanding of inventory, special delivery, etc.
• Product price management, control of special price, and establishment of price list;
• Responsible for the preparation and review of sales contracts, and file and keep them;
• Responsible for sales statistics, making various reports and analyzing data;
• Check the accounts with the finance department, solve the problem of differences, and handle the issue of customer billing;
• Complete other work assigned by the superior.

• sales support experience and good English Communication skill
