หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Source for new customers, projects and contracts
• Conduct confidently product presentations and pitching to Interior Designers, Architects, Turnkey Contractors, Quantity Surveyor, Renovation Contractors and Property/Home owners
• Provide customer-centric solutions
• Liaise and coordinate with internal departments and customers to ensure order is completed with satisfaction
• Gather and report on market intelligence, such as trends, competitors' activities and market requirements
• Prepare periodical sales updates and project pipelines
• Handle operational matters including preparation of quotations, tenders, read drawings and perform basic onsite measurements and estimate quantities
• Be responsible for Accounts Receivable Collections and Credit management
• Uphold the good image of company by adhering and observing company’s core values, company policies, procedures and business code of conduct and ethics
• Comply with ISO and safety, health and environmental procedures
• Participate proactively in all company’s activities, such as sales and product meetings, company functions, customer events and inventory stock-take
• Any other duties as and when assigned
