หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• •Answer incoming phone calls professionally, deliver message.
• •Keep all related communication equipment in good working condition at all times.
• •Report the supervisor immediately if any equipment in the office needs special urgent maintenance.
• •Welcome visitors and keep all function rooms ready to be used.
• •Ensure the function order is completed according to the schedule.
• •Control the messenger schedule and stationery & daily supplies stock.
• •Supervise the maid.
• •Take care of any assignments added by the direct supervisor.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field.
• Consistent, professional dress, and manner.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Good time management skills.
• Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
• Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
