Accounting Manager – require CPD (base in Buriram)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Financial Reporting & Analysis
• Complete all required monthly reports in a timely and accurate manner by the 6th working day of the month.
• Balance Sheet Reconciliation & Preparation
• Preparation of Profit and Loss
• Intercompany accounts reconciled and all transactions captured accurately
• Manage the accounting functions of the international subsidiary in Thailand and Intercompany Accounts
• Develop financial reviews and provide advice
• Monitor and manage all internal controls and financial transactions, to ensure efficiency and accuracy
• Payroll Preparation and Processing
• Preparation of Cash Flow Statements, Monthly Budget Preparation
• Monitor and manage the stock management process
• Accurate Inventory records and timely reporting. The interface between the Stock System (Ostendo) and the Accounting System (XERO) are working synergistically
• Managing Purchasing and Inventory Controller, and Administrative Assistant
• Efficient procurement processes, accurate inventory management, cost management, compliance, timely reporting, and effective communication. Ensure that procurement and inventory management processes are well-managed and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
• Compliance with accounting standards and regulations, including BOI regulations

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Must have CPD License
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar accounting role.
• Proficiency in accounting software and stock systems. (Xero would be advantage)
• Strong understanding of compliance with accounting regulations in Thailand
• Experience preparing Tax returns, Audit experience
• Experience processing bank payments and managing Bank and credit card accounts
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Fluent and confident in English both written and verbal
• Experience managing people
