Forecast cash flow for investment / Loan for Hotel Group 4. Closed Budget & P&L & Balance Sheet & Cash flow 5. Calculate sheet of property tax (yearly) 6. Recheck Aging Report & Supplier Report 7. Verify the correctness for all transactions (accounting & Finance) of Account receivable & Payment & GL 8. Verify the daily cash report for all bank account 9. Actual cash flow & Forecast cash flow 3 Months report 10. Support team of Accountant & Finance 11. Set up a system of working in accounting assets (CAPX) 12. Project Feasibility (If any) and P&L (Project Cost & Revenue) 13. Set up a system for accounting and finance 14. Closed balance sheet & P/L & Cash flow 15. Excellent organizational and leadership skills 16. Strong analytical, logical and problem solving skills 17. Ability to work independently and as a team 18. Others assigned by CEO
