Production Division Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Senior level management role with professional and representational responsibilities to the staff and professionals outside the organization
• Direct reporting to the GM of the company
• Manager of the production division in charge of 4X postlarvae production and its KPIs
• Importation & maturation of proprietary broodstock
• Manage breeding unit to support larvae volume needs
• Production of postlarvae in RAS and flowthrough systems in multiple hatchery units
• Oversee the nursery unit to juveniles
• Directly manage and lead site and unit managers
• Weekly physical audit to each of the operational sites
• Acknowledge and comply with the company’s industrial operational methodology
• Daily monitor the real time data driven KPIs of each unit
• Supervise strict biosecurity compliance in each site
• Assemble and execute an annual production plan and budget
• Improves efficiency through continually improvement production protocols strict data collection

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• At least five years of working experience in hatchery aquaculture operation of shrimp or fish in Thailand.
• Experience of M. rosenbergii hatchery - a huge advantage
• Broad aquaculture experience such as basic reproduction biology, water chemistry & monitoring, RAS and biosecurity
• Interpersonal & leadership management skills of multiple operational teams in sperate geographical locations
• Communication capabilities in English and Thai (both written and verbal)
• Proactive thinking, data-driven analytical capabilities
• Able to work and thrive in stressful operation environments
• Mobile between production sites
• Able to work in up-country and periodically oversea
