- Conduct daily inspections of production workshops, warehouses, and office areas to identify potential safety hazards (such as equipment malfunctions, fire safety loopholes, and improper storage of chemicals).

- Supervise employees to comply with safe operating procedures (such as PPE wearing and machine operation specifications).

- Regularly inspect fire-fighting equipment, emergency exits, and first-aid facilities to ensure they are compliant and usable.

- Respond promptly to workplace injuries, fires, or leaks, activate emergency plans, and assist in rescue efforts.

- Investigate the cause of the accident, prepare a report, and submit it to management and the Thai Ministry of Labour.

- Follow up on the medical and insurance claims process for injured employees.

- Ensure that your company complies with Thailand’s Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) and local safety regulations.

- Organize safety training (such as new employee onboarding training and annual refresher training) using Thai/English bilingual materials.

- Update the safety manual and emergency plan, and communicate them to employees.

- Collaborate with production and procurement departments to ensure safety assessments of new equipment and chemicals.

- Participate in factory safety committee meetings and offer suggestions for improvement.

- Able to handle cross-cultural communication issues flexibly , proactively introduce local culture, provide feedback to Chinese colleagues, and work together to find compromise solutions.

- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Associate degree or above, with preference given to candidates majoring in safety engineering, industrial hygiene, or related fields.

Holds Thai safety officer certification or international certification.

Five or more years of experience in safety management in the manufacturing industry, familiar with Thailand’s Factory Act and RBA audit standards .

With backgrounds in the hardware and plastics industries will be given priority.

English speaking skills.

Proficient in office software (Excel, PPT) and possesses systematic management thinking.

Possess basic first aid knowledge (such as CPR and wound care).

Strong sense of responsibility, able to handle emergencies independently.

Excellent communication skills; able to clearly convey safety instructions to employees.

Obedient to management, able to adapt to high-intensity work, and able to accept occasional overtime or shift work.
