หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Analyze and improve the cable production process to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity.
• Study and compare work methods, production processes, technologies, and industry best practices to implement process improvements
• Monitor and analyze the performance of production machinery and equipment, such as Extrusion, Stranding, Annealing, and Testing machines, to ensure optimal efficiency.
• Identify and implement strategies to minimize material waste (scrap) and optimize the use of raw materials such as copper, aluminum, and insulation materials.
• Research and apply new materials and production equipment to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Implement QCC, 5S, Kaizen, and Lean Manufacturing principles to drive continuous process improvements.
• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance (QA/QC) team to ensure products meet industry standards such as IEC, TIS, UL, and JIS.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to production staff on process optimization, machine operation, and workplace improvement techniques.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality management standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
• Supervise and monitor production operations to ensure they align with the company’s strategic plans
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree Industrial Engineering or other engineering fields Related
• At least 2 years of experience in production control
• Possess leadership and able to manage effectively
• Able to work in a team, enthusiastic and quick to respond.
• Computer skills including MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Work at Chachoengsao factory
