หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Plan and control production to align with company goals and production schedules.
• Coordinate with related departments, including Sales, Production, Procurement, Warehouse, and Engineering, to ensure smooth production operations.
• Receive order information and customer requirements from the Sales team and develop production plans accordingly.
• Monitor production progress and adjust plans in response to order changes, material availability, or production capacity constraints.
• Analyze production data, efficiency, and costs to improve planning processes.
• Utilize SAP for production planning, control, and process tracking.
• Apply data analytics to optimize production planning, forecast demand, and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Develop reports and dashboards to visualize key production performance metrics.
• Resolve production planning issues, such as material shortages, capacity limitations, or urgent customer orders.
• Continuously improve production planning strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in production planning
• Proficiency in SAP for production planning is required.
• Strong knowledge of data analytics and ability to use tools such as Power BI, Python, or Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query) for data-driven decision-making
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively across departments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changes in production demands.
