Senior HR Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1) Arrangement of contracts and applicable policies, liaise between new hires and human resources, ensuring submission of all documentation required.
• 2) Responsible for leading and developing human resource strategy that aligns with the company’s direction to achieve strategic business goals and operational objectives.
• 3) Managing human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• 4)Performance management assessment and training: manage performance management, talent assessment and development, succession planning, team development, high-potential development, leadership coaching, mentoring.
• 5) Review internal rules, HR Policy and Regulations based on Labor Law requirements.
• 6) Conduct investigation of staff breach of employment contract.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1) Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management ( Age 35- 40)
• 2) At least 3 years HR generalist experience with a multinational or leading organization from the manufacturing industry.
• 3) Proper knowledge of HR as well as local labor laws and practices
• 4) Strong interpersonal skills with sufficient English level to work with international teams
• 5) Have the ability to organize appropriate diplomatic services, and be good at connecting with government departments such as labor bureau and immigration bureau。 6)Fluent in Thai and good command in English. 7)Strategic thinking with excellent communication and coaching skills.
