Accounting Manager (ทำงานถนนเพชรบุรีตัดใหม่)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Prepare month-end and analysis of closing reporting, and account reconciliation
• Responsible in overall accounting operations: report, taxation and ensure they are well prepared and managed to keep accounting up-to-date, in accordance with accounting standards.
• In charge of inter-company transactions and reconciliation
• Accountable for the consolidated Reporting
• Ability to multi-task and complete monthly accounting cycle processes efficiently and timely
• Prepare the submission of corporate income tax forms (PND 50 and PND 51), monthly withholding tax, value-added tax (VAT), and specific business tax on a monthly basis.
• Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Experience in audit field and real estate industry will be a big advantage
• Must have skills in Controlling and reporting
• Handle multiple tasks and communicate clearly and accurately
• Good supervisory skills, decision-making ability, effective communication
• Understanding of laws and tax regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent in accounting software systems.
• Ability to work under high-pressure situations
