หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Conduct the job posting on website and Headhunting service for recruitment 2. Screen candidate resume and conduct interview with qualified candidate and send to hiring Manager. 3. Manage monthly record time attendance , payroll, overtime etc. for Cambodia employees. 4. Interview New operator of Subcontractor Labor 5. Organize record and file the personal data of Cambodia employees 6. Follow up turnover of Subcontractor Labor. 7. Preparing tracking of recruitment report. 8. Follow up the evaluation performance of Subcontract Labor. 9. Prepare documents concern with government and immigration of Cambodia employees. 10. Distribution of uniform and shoes to the employees. 11. Perform other job as assigned.
