หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Handling inbound and outbound calls from both Thai and foreign customers. • Receiving customer requests. • Handling customers complaints. • Solving problems for customers. • Contacting customers via the phone in order to greet and introduce the services of the company, enquire about customer satisfaction levels. etc. • Coordinating with related departments. • Following up on cases and call outs to update customers (case by case). • Preparing daily reports. • Working 5 days/week on shifts (มีทั้งทีมที่เข้ากะข้ามคืน และทีมที่ไม่ต้องเข้ากะ)

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Thai nationality only. • New graduates are welcome to apply. • Good command of English. • Able to work on shifts.
