Accountant Payable

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
• Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
• Paying employees by verifying expense reports and preparing payment.
• Paying vendors by scheduling payment and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance.
• Preparing withholding tax certificate and submit to revenue department.
• Preparing Input vat report and submit PP.30 to revenue department.
• Review and recheck internal expense claim and petty cash.
• Create new vendor code and check for modification vendor master data.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or business related field.
• At least 2-3 years of working experience in account payable.
• Been working with international or multi-national firm is a plus.
• Computer skills eg. Excel, Word. Special skill on doing Pivot table, Vlook up. is a plus.
• Can Start work Immediately.
