System administrator (BTSสยาม)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Install, configure, and maintain software, hardware, and network systems
• Monitor system performance and promptly troubleshoot technical issues
• Ensure the security, reliability, and efficiency of IT infrastructure.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and authentication processes
• Manage system security, including regular data backup and recovery processes
• Oversee and maintain Microsoft O365 services, including Outlooks, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and related applications.
• Administer key infrastructure components such as Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and VMware environments

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or in a similar role.
• Hands-on experience in supporting and managing Microsoft Office 365.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certification in Microsoft 365 is highly desirable and will be given special consideration
