Project Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks, and implement appropriate contingency plans.
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
• Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to key stakeholders.
• Ensure projects adhere to CALABURA CO.,LTD.'s processes, methodologies and quality standards.
• Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders, and escalate issues as necessary.
• Provide mentoring and guidance to junior members of the project team.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive implementation of best practices.
• Ensure project documentation, including requirements, designs, and testing, is complete and well-organised.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a IT systems administration or IT field or systems engineering roles.
• Strong project management skills with experience delivering complex, multi-stakeholder technology projects.
• Proficient in using project management tools and IT field.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
• Technical background or understanding of hardware installation.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget and to a high standard of quality.
• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology.
• Must have good spoken and written in English and Thai
• Personal vehicle with license
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Thai Nationality.
