Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers, building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and success

Understand customer needs and objectives, and work with them to set goals and track progress towards those goals

Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations to customers on how to optimize their use of our products and services

Serve as an expert on our products and company, providing guidance and training to customers as needed

Escalate customer issues and concerns to the appropriate team members or departments for resolution

Monitor customer health metrics and take action to prevent churn

Collaborate closely with other teams within the organization, such as Sales, Marketing, and Product, to ensure alignment on strategy and execution

Stay up-to-date on product changes and releases, and communicate those changes to customers

Help customers get the most value out of our products by conducting regular check-ins and proactively offering assistance

Generate reports on customer usage and success metrics, and share those reports with relevant stakeholders

Manage customer onboarding and offboarding processes

Serve as a champion for the customer, advocating on their behalf internally

Minimum 1 year work experience as an Account Executive, Junior Project Manager, IT Solution Sales/Pre-sales or relevant role

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales & Marketing, Mass Communications, Computer Sciences, Information Technology or relevant field

Experience with social monitoring platforms, digital marketing, or creative agency (marketing/advertising) desired.

Knowledge of terminology, trends and concepts of Data and AI products are desired.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).

Demonstrable ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders and able to give presentation is desired.
