-Welcome quests and provide information about spa services/packages -Manage reservations and coordinate with therapists -Answer phone calls, cats, and handle online booking channels -Process payments and ensure accuracy of billing -Record daily usage of massage oils and consumables, and submit to Admin for stock control -Summarize daily income by shift and hand over to the next staff -Enter appointments/orders in Google Sheet, Excel, or POS system -Support marketing/PR activities such as posting promotions online -Maintain cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere at the reception area

-จัดการเอกสารด้านบัญชี และ ธุรการ -บันทึกรายรับ-รายจ่ายและทำรายงานให้ผู้จัดการ/เจ้าของบริษัทรับทราบ -สนับสนุนงานบุคคล เช่น การเบิกจ่าย ค่าแรง และสวัสดิการ -สรุปและควบคุมสต๊อกน้ำมันนวดและอุปกรณ์สิ้นเปลือง จากข้อมูลที่ Reception ส่งมา พร้อมวางแผนจัดซื้อ -ประสานงานภายในและภายนอกด้าน Admin เช่น ซ่อมบำรุง จัดซื้อจัดจ้าง และติดต่อซัพพลายเออร์ -ช่วยสนับสนุนงานด้านการตลาดและประชาสัมพันธ์

รับผิดชอบจัดเตรียมและดูแลเอกสารของฝ่ายขาย สรุปและจัดทำรายงานขาย ดูแลข้อมูลประวัติลูกค้า ติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อสนับสนุนการขายให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น

1.ช่วยควบคุม ดูแล บริหารบุคคลากรในทีม พัฒนาปรับปรุง และ รักษามาตรฐาน งานบริการ ความรวดเร็ว ความถูกต้อง ช่วยแก้ปัญหาเบื้องต้น ให้เป็นที่พอใจของลูกค้า และเอเย้นต่างประเทศ พร้อมติดตามรายงานปัญหา กับผู้บังคับบัญชาตรงได้ ช่วย Support ต้นทุน กับแผนก Sales ,BD CC และงานขาย รวมทั่งดูแลการจองที่ระวางเรือ (SpaceX ให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดของลูกค้า สร้างความพึงพอใจสูงสุด

-Manage spa operations across both physical branches and online platforms -Control and manage equipment, assets, and facilities used in spa services -Plan staff schedules and supervise therapists, reception, and admin staff -Monitor and evaluate service quality to maintain customer satisfaction -Develop and execute marketing and PR activities to achieve sales goals and grow customer base -Track, analyze, and report branch sales, expenses, and performance -Coordinate with owners and central support team for new branch expansion
